The Following Comes From the COGIC Adjutant General!
I bring you greetings in the name of Jesus Christ. This correspondence comes to you at the request of the Adjutant General, Bishop Matthew Williams.
It is with great regret that I inform you of the passing of Bishop Leato Thomas Walker, who went home to be with the Lord early Sunday morning, February 15, 2009, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He will be sorely missed but we find comfort in knowing that earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal and the scripture declares that there remaineth a rest for the people of God.
The Walker Family is in need of our fervent prayers at this time. The Adjutant General wishes to extend an invitation to all in the National Adjutancy, to pause and pray for the Walker family throughout this week.
